Yes, you can. You have the option to appoint either an Advocate or an Authorised Representative to deal with us on your behalf.
An Authorised Representative is someone you appoint with full authority to act as your agent. They can access all your account information and are empowered to act as if they were you. This means they can make changes, order new services, or cancel existing services on your behalf.
An Advocate is someone you authorise to deal with us on your behalf, but they do not have the power to act as your agent. An Advocate can speak to us about your account but cannot access your account information, make changes, order new services, or cancel services.

Alternatively, you may provide us with a written letter of authorisation or any other reasonable form of authorisation that we may require.
