Purpose of Maintenance: Firmware Updates
Following the successful deployment of firmware during our previous maintenance window, engineers will continue to upgrade software on network devices to address issues identified in incident INC000290520262100, improve network stability and apply vendor recommended security and reliability updates.
Brief service interruptions of approximately 15 minutes each may occur during the planned maintenance window.
If your service is affected and does not restore after the maintenance is complete, please power cycle your router and wait a few minutes for it to reconnect. Do not factory reset your router.
No further updates will be provided unless unexpected service impacts occur.
