Issue: Fibre Break
Engineers have investigated alarms pertaining to some ethernet services and logged a fault with the upstream provider.

12:00 Update: Upstream provider continues to investigate the cause of the issue and will provide updates as they come to hand.
13:30 Update: Upstream provider due onsite in 30-60 minutes to investigate hardware failure.
16:00 Update: Technicians have advised that a fibre break in Adelaide CBD is the cause of the issue. There is no firm ETR at this point, however when it becomes available we will advise.
18:00 Update:Technicians have advised that they continue to work to repair the fibre break
