Payment Information
At EscapeNet we make payment easy! We offer a variety of payment types to better suit your needs. Additionally, we do not charge any credit card surcharge fees.

There are two main methods of paying your EscapeNet bill.
  • AutoPay - a simple an convenient way to automate your payments.
  • Manual Payments - organised by you. A $4.95 admin fee applies to monthly manual payments.


  • You can set Auto Pay in the Myaccount portal or make an instant online payment.
    Billing Format
    Email is our preffered method of invoice delivery, however on request we can post paper invoices.
    Payment Times and Billing Frequency
    The following table provides a guideline on the typical time delay we experience to receive the respective payment methods. It also shows the available payment periods applicable. We allow sufficient time to allow all payment methods to complete prior to taking credit management. However if your payment fails, your account may automatically be suspended.

  • Overdue Accounts
    The table above highlights the timeframes before we generally see your payment. Your account will not be suspended once we receive your payment, however if your payment fails, your account may automatically be suspended. Accounts are suspended very soon after your nominated due date.

    Where possible we're happy to offer a reasonable extension to your current payment terms, please try to contact us prior to your due date.

    In the event that your account is suspended, you will need to contact our helpdesk to make alternative payment arrangements or make an online payment. Your internet access will be restored within 15 minutes.
