Appointment of an Authorised Representative

If you wish to appoint an Authorised Representative to deal with EscapeNet on your behalf, please use our Authorised Representative Application Form. Alternatively, you may provide EscapeNet with a letter of authorisation or another reasonable form of authorisation, as may be required by EscapeNet.

Important Information

When you appoint an Authorised Representative, you are giving the person you appoint the authority to deal with us on your behalf as your agent. This means that the Authorised Representative has the power to act and access information as if they were you.

You can, of course, specify limitations on your Authorised Representative's rights.


When you appoint an Authorised Advocate, you are giving the person you appoint the authority to deal with us on your behalf as your advocate. This means that the Authorised Advocate can:

Please note that only account holders can appoint an Authorised Representative or Authorised Advocate. If you wish to appoint more than one Authorised Representative or Advocate, please complete a separate Authorised Representative Application Form for each person you wish to appoint. You can appoint up to three Authorised Representatives or Advocates.
