Submitting this form is the first step in establishing a Government Agency or Department account and will be the basis for our over-arching Departmental relationship.
Once validation is complete, the listed Authorised Purchasing Contacts will be issued with credentials, enabling the creation of Service Accounts and the provisioing of internet and data services within those Service accounts.
