We want you to make the most of the products we supply you with. We recognise that sometimes people need assistance in monitoring their usage of their plans. My Account
You will find that in My Account that you are able to monitor usage of the products that we supply. You are able to get usage information as close to real time as possible. Below is a list of the products and the typical delay for each one of those products.

Usage Notifications
You will see that there is an option for us to send you Warning emails about your usage. Once you have reached 50%, 85% and 100% usage of your plan you are send warning email. This allows you to alter your usage or to purchase more data so that you do not have excessive charges or in the case of 3G suspension.
Shaping
If you exceed your monthly data allowance on ADSL and NBN services, your service will be slowed down for all usage until the next billing cycle begins. This means that you will not be charged for extra data usage. You may elect to purchase data blocks in addition to your normal quota. You can purchase more data in My Account or by calling us on 1300 135 235.
Suspension
We suspend 3G services to avoid high charges. If you have a 3G broadband product the closer you get to the last 1GB of data you are likely to get suspended. You can purchase more data to avoid suspension or to un-suspend your account. You can contact us on 1300 135 235.
Mobile Phone Usage
For our Mobile phone users we also have the option of sending a sms to advise you that your usage is close to 50%, 85% and 100%.
Minimising Mobile Phone Usage
Here are some suggestions that are available to you for minimising your debts and staying connected whilst managing your spending.
Lost or Stolen Mobile Phones
If your mobile phone is lost or stolen please contact us on 1300 135 235 and we will attempt to IEMI block your phone. This means that no one will be able to use your phone on an Australian network. This service is not able to track or find lost or stolen mobile phones.
How You Use Internet Data.
