Where are these plans available?
These plans are available at our partner retirement villages across South Australia, NSW and the ACT. Enter your address above to see the plans available at your village.
How do I sign up?
It's fast and easy with our Online Sign Up or call to us on 1300 135 235. We'll get you online as fast as possible.
What about the nbnTM rollout?
The EscapeNet Phone and Internet services are delivered to each village by carrier grade fibre optic connections. Phone numbers and customer services are not impacted by the NBN rollout.
Can I keep my phone number?
Absolutely. If you have an active telephone service with another provider we can transfer your number to your new home. Please call us before you cancel the service with your existing provider.
Can I use my existing modem?
Yes, depending on the features of your modem however it's a good time to upgrade to our TP-Link VX230v Wi-Fi 6 router, included as part of your signup.
