Warranty Periods
- TP Link Products have a 3 year warranty and no registration of these products is required.
- NetComm products have a 12 month warranty and you need to register that equipment at the time of purchase to get an extra 12 months warranty. You can do so by contacting them on http://www.netcommwireless.com

How to claim
You need to contact us on 1300 135 235 or email us on support@esc.net.au, so we can troubleshoot with you and we’ll try to fix the problem remotely. You will need to call the supplier to get a claim number and send the product to them.
TP Link Products
TP Link will organise delivery of a replacement product once you have called them, so that your down time is minimised. TP Link contact details are 1300 875 465.
Once you have received your replacement product, contact us and we will help you configure it.

NetComm will notify us and we will contact you to advise if the product is covered under warranty.
From there we will post you a replacement product that has been pre-configured.

What is not covered
- Equipment not supplied by us
- Change of mind
- Damaged caused by misuse, accident, impact, liquid, heat etc
- Voiding the warranty by hacking the firmware or software
- Voiding the warranty by opening and removing the cover of the device
- Not using the equipment according to the instruction and the function it was designed for
- Power surge damage
- Lightening damage
- Theft
What if the product is not covered by Warranty?
If we or our supplier inspect the equipment and determine that the fault was caused by a non covered event as listed above, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement equipment. If the equipment is not paid for (was part of a plan) you will be charged for that equipment and any replacement. Any replacement equipment will need to be return to us in its original packaging.
Important Information
Please note that the repair or replacement of equipment may result in the loss of data eg. Telephone numbers, contact details etc. Please ensure that you have saved all the information somewhere else before you send it back for repair or replacement. The Warranty on the products we sell you are in addition to any rights or remedies that you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act.
Fees
Postage of replacement products to you by us cost a flat rate of $12.00 using Express Post.
